Preschool Art at Lockington

Last week we visited Lockington Preschool, what a great drive through Victoria's northern farming country!  The crops were so lush... and so were the mozzies after all the recent rain... Leanne learnt from the preschoolers that mozzies have four eyes, no wonder they can zoom in on us so well!

And here are some wonderful art pics, Lockington Preschool was getting ready for their weekend art show...

Teacher Jan Aitken had so many more terrific projects to display as well, from decorated cardboard tube didgeridoos, to abstract paintings on stretched canvas.

It's always so inspiring to see teachers and students putting their hearts and souls into preschool art.  And it must've been the right weekend for art shows, because Leanne was also involved in a number of exhibitions near Beechworth.  Here's a pic from the Yackandandah Fresh and Unframed exhibition...

To all our budding artists and art teachers, keep up the great work!
